Wow, what a month here at Jungle Aid. After hearing about the terrible accident that Onuma was involved in we desperately put together a fundraising campaign to help aid her recovery. And you guys didn’t disappoint!

In less than a month you, our amazing supporters, worked together to raise the funds needed in one of our most successful campaigns to date.

We look forward to telling you more about how your hard work and kindness has helped Onuma as her story develops. But right now we have to share something else with you…

You broke our website!

It’s true. In another Jungle Aid first you guys actually managed to make our website do something very strange indeed. Here is how a campaign should look when it reaches 100% of it’s goal:

The Campaign for Onuma that reached 100% of it's goal.

The Campaign for Onuma that reached 100% of it’s goal.

But just because a campaign reaches 100% doesn’t mean you can no longer donate; we decided to allow you to continue raising funds for the causes that you care about.

Here is what happened when you donated to our clean water campaign:

This campaign has exceeded our goals and is now at 312%!

This campaign has exceeded our goals and is now at 312%!

With 312% of our goal reached our progress bar didn’t know what to do with itself and has carried on growing right off of the screen!

And this wasn’t the only place it could be seen, check out the screen shot of our homepage below:

Our progress bar, like your generosity, knows no limits.

It’s not often that you get to thank someone for breaking something but in this case we feel extremely privileged to be able to say it to you: so, thank you for breaking our site with your generosity.

Now, if you don’t mind, I have a site to fix. 😉
