This last month has been super eventful, with visits to Pala-U Noi, sponsorships, lovely updates from our students, and a visit from Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn to Pala-U.
Visit to Pala U Noi
On Saturday the 4th of April, 19 of our dedicated volunteers hit the road to Pala-U Noi. While there, our medical team treated 32 patients, held health promotion on dental hygiene and malaria prevention, and also held arts and crafts with the children (including face-painting and ice cream)! We were also proud to provide education support for travel expenses to 30 high school students. It was also so lovely to see our university students home and helping out with the health demonstrations and activities with the children. We also made sure to hand out a toothbrush, toothpaste and soap to every child in the village. A successful and rewarding trip for all!

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn’s visit to Pala-U Border Patrol Police School
On 18 April 2026, Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn visited the Naresuan Pala-U Border Patrol Police School in Hua Hin to observe its progress.
During the visit, three Jungle Aid–supported students had the honour of presenting meaningful handmade gifts, showcasing their creativity and gratitude. A Jungle Aid volunteer also joined fellow sponsors for a commemorative photo.
A truly special moment, made possible by the continued support of our community in advancing education for students in need.

Proud moments for Jungle Aid
We’re thrilled to celebrate Salee, one of our scholarship students, who has successfully graduated thanks to your support. Her achievement in the Hotel and Travel Industry is a dream come true, and she’s excited to use her knowledge to create positive change in the future.

This Songkran, Chidapha—currently studying Home Economics Technology at university—shared her heartfelt thanks. From her home in Pongluek village to higher education, her journey reflects incredible determination and the power of support. We are so grateful to be able to support students through their schooling, and it is moments like this which remind us why education matters.

Pala U Sports for a Brighter Future
Jungle Aid is proud to have been able to sponsor and support the annual sports event at Pala U village, a key part of our ongoing anti-narcotics project. This year, we were able to sponsor 72 full sets of sportswear, for young people in Pala U to compete in football, volleyball and pétanque. These talented athletes have taken home 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes, but the real win is seeing them develop teamwork skills and enjoy pure, healthy fun! The excitement is also building towards the final matches held around Songkran!
