December was packed with heartwarming stories from Jungle aid volunteers and donors.

The Falcon Hill Hua Hin World Cup raised a colossal 19,468 thb. The Monsoon Valley Christmas Evening was also an enormous success raising 136,000thb and provided a great festive occasion for everyone.

The giving continued with students from Hua Hin International school donating over 300 shoe boxes filled with gifts. BECC students responded to children’s personal wishes and filled boxes with their chosen gifts. Wayne will be carrying out his favourite job of the year as he distributes the boxes and delights in seeing the smiles they bring. Thank you Wayne.

Individual donations and volunteers continued to bring joy through December. Khun Oh’s life has been changed with the efforts and donations from Franz Braun and Pongpanot Siriwat from Captain Construction as her roof was repaired.

Two years ago, Platoo fell from a tree and was paralysed from the waist down. His life has recently been lifted by volunteers and donors providing a wheelchair, a much desired tablet and a guitar. His smile in the photo below says it all.

A visit to Pala U Noi village by 15 volunteers enabled medical treatments for 35 patients, the delivery of much needed basic supplies and also Health Education promotion by students James and Leah. The next big project is to work on the repairs to the bridge as well as roof repairs within the village.

These are just some of the Jungle Aid highlights from the month of December. Thank you for all your continued support and let us look forward to another great year working together to make a difference.
