On September 22, 2021, Jungle Aid was able to travel to the children’s shelter in Bang Saphan. Jungle Aid continues to support the shelter by covering the cost of the rent and supporting the children with a monthly food supply. The supplies delivered are requested by the carer of the house and consists of pork, chicken, eggs, mung beans, fish, noodles, oil, detergent and various donated items.
We look forward to the time when we can interact more fully with this lovely community. One big highlight of the trip was delivering a beautiful crib and other infant goodies so kindly donated by a generous member of our community. It was perfect timing as twins were born since our last trip and now they have a clean comfy bed off the concrete floor.
It is important in these times to concentrate on what we have and not on what is missing. The Bang Saphan community does this very well. They continue to inspire us
